We're making an important update to our support rates to align with industry standards and reflect the true cost of professional web development services.

What's Changing

Hourly Rate Adjustment

Our development and support rate is increasing from £50.00+VAT to £85.00+VAT per hour.

This is our first rate increase in over five years.

What This Means for You

Your hosting plan remains exactly the same at £15.00+VAT per month. This rate change only affects support requests and development work you may need in the future.

All future support requests, website changes, new features, and troubleshooting will be billed at £85.00+VAT per hour instead of the previous rate.

Why This Rate Adjustment Is Necessary

Our hourly rate has remained unchanged at £50.00+VAT for over five years, whilst costs have risen significantly across the industry. This adjustment to £85.00+VAT brings us in line with current market standards.

Based on our market research, most professional web agencies in the UK charge £75.00+ per hour for similar services, with most charging £100.00 per hour or more. During the five years we've held our rates steady:

  • • Server costs have increased by 40% since 2020
  • • Premium security tools now cost £3,000+ annually
  • • Software licensing fees have doubled in the past 3 years

We believe in transparent, fair pricing that reflects the true value of professional web development services.

Important: Support Request Policy

All support requests must be submitted through our ticketing portal. We can no longer provide support via email, as this creates delays and confusion.

Our ticketing system ensures faster response times, proper tracking, clear communication, and better service for everyone.

How We Bill Support Work

All support requests and development work are billed at £85.00+VAT per hour, including:

  • • Content updates and changes
  • • Technical questions and troubleshooting
  • • New features and functionality
  • • Design modifications
  • • General consultation requests

Support invoices are sent at the end of each month for all tickets and requests handled during that period. We use professional time tracking software to ensure complete accuracy and transparency - you're only ever invoiced for actual time spent working on your specific requests, billed to the nearest 15 minutes.
